Salmon Radish Wraps

Hi there,

recently I helped myself to really tasty salmon radish wraps. These are super-easy to make and the perfect dish if you want to spend just a little time in the kitchen but still want to eat or serve something that looks a little special (with the salmon involved and so on ;) )... I think they would also work great as party finger food.

What you'll need (for six wraps)
  • 1 black radish
  • smoked salmon
  • 3 tortillas
  • cream cheese with herbs
How it works

Take one of your tortillas and coat it with cream cheese. Cut the radish into small pieces and the salmon into stripes and spread both of it over the tortilla. Then roll it up.
Do the same with your other tortillas.

 Cut the tortillas into half and voilá there you have your salmon wraps.

You can either eat them immediately or if you want the radish to taste more intense you can put them into the fridge for some hours. The longer you keep them in the fridge the stronger they'll taste. Enjoy!!
